Public Service Announcement

People on the Internet can say some really mean and hurtful things sometimes. But the way my IDGAFaboutyouropinioness is set up, I refuse to allow myself to be offended by something that a stranger that doesn't even know me personally is typing behind a phone or computer screen. I can't believe there's actually grown men and women out here allowing themselves to be offended by something someone said online. I just can't wrap my mind around the concept of having my feelings hurt by a person that never even met me. Lol. If that aint the most ridiculous and absurd thing I've ever heard of. Majority of the time a person isn't even talking to or about you, they're making a general statement that you just assumed and thought was about you because you're insecure, have low self-esteem or it may have applied to you. If the shoe fits, rock it! People usually are only mad about something being said if it's true. You give the statement power when you give it energy, a reaction and/or get mad. Words only have power when we give it to them. Stop letting strangers that you don't even know and don't know you get under your skin. Everyone in the world isn't going to like you, agree with you, your lifestyle, beliefs, etc. What are you going to do? Ball up into a fetal position and cry yourself to sleep? Lol. It is what it is. Do you not know how to ignore a person? Lizzo left Twitter because people were calling her fat. Ok and? I'm sure it still won't stop people from calling her fat to her face. I've been called big head, big nose, ugly, broke, "that moozlum girl", gap toothed, etc. plenty of times. You think I really give af about what the next person that ISN'T PAYING ANY BILLS IN MY HOUSEHOLD have to say about me? I DON'T! My man thinks I'm beautiful and loves every ounce of it. Yall wouldn't have lasted one day growing up with my siblings, you would have had them feelings hurt and been crying everyday. I mean ERRRDAY! I'mma keep all you easily offended, ready to start World War 3 over something someone said online folks in my prayers though, all 2020 and beyond. 🙏😂😂😂 Why not just delete all of your social media accounts if you that damn sensitive. But guess what? I promise you somebody will say something in real life TO YOUR FACE that will offend you even worse.
